Rhizome unveils its 7th startups class supporting new working trends

#Évènement #Startup

Rhizome, Paris&Co's innovation platform for HR transformation and employability, today unveils the 5 startups making up its new class. Identified through an ecosystem of entrepreneurial associations and sectoral competitiveness clusters and selected with its partners, these new projects address three key challenges: recruitment, internal mobility and new working trends.

These key areas were determined by Rhizome's major private and public partner groups, based on their strategic challenges in a context where the health crisis has impacted working methods and most organizations have had to adapt to digital working.

After an application pre-selection process, 5 out of the 17 startups auditioned by a jury of Rhizome's corporate and ecosystem partners have joined the platform and set up at the Grande Arche, in the La Défense business district, to establish their market and accelerate their growth.

Whether coaching job seekers (Rise), applying artificial intelligence and neuroscience discoveries, or training and educating (Maxsens Innovations), half the new Rhizome startups class are involved in Rhizome's core subjects: recruitment and training. The other half concerns Covid crisis issues: enhancing the employee experience by enabling advanced salary payments (Stairwage), optimizing their time spent in meetings (Tamplo) or benefiting from a flex office service (Hubtobee).

Presentation of Rhizome's 7th cohort

HubTobee - Hubtobee Flex transforms company organization to improve telecommuting employees’ efficiency while reducing social distancing impact.

Max'Sens - Max'Sens combines the power of artificial intelligence with neuroscience to facilitate learning.

Rise - Rise is a marketplace that connects recruiters to a selection of business experts and enables them to reliably assess their candidates’ technical skills and accelerate their recruitment process.

Stairwage - Stairwage is the new solution dedicated to companies that want to promote their employees’ financial well-being. Employees can now proactively respond to unforeseen financial events and avoid their accounts going overdrawn and paying premiums and fees.

Tamplo - Tamplo facilitates remote working and collaboration by providing a solution to connect meetings to team action plans. Tamplo provides an answer to all those who leave meetings wondering: "and now who does what?”
